In this fun escape room-style game teachers and counselors are provided with an engaging way for kids to learn about the 5 senses and how these can be used for grounding oneself from feelings of anxiety. This activity weaves together a lesson on the topic and multiple puzzles and questions to keep students engaged and actively learning. Use this activity to introduce or review the concept. This can be utilized in individual sessions or for small group activities. This activity has brief lessons on what each of the 5 senses is and examples for using the 5 senses.
